Wir möchten, dass sich alle Ausstellungsbesucherinnen und -besucher sicher fühlen – und dass auch die Kunstwerke sicher sind! Zu deiner Sicherheit, zur Erfüllung unserer Aufgaben sowie zur Wahrung und Durchsetzung unseres Hausrechts ist unsere Ausstellung mit Videotechnik* ausgestattet.
Videoaufnahmen werden grundsätzlich nach 48 Stunden gelöscht, sie können aber im Einzelfall zur Abwehr oder Verfolgung von Straftaten an die Polizei in Berlin übermittelt werden.
Wir weisen dich auf deine Datenschutzrechte hin, insbesondere auf das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), das Recht auf Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten (Art. 17-18 DSGVO), das Widerspruchsrecht (Art. 21 DSGVO) und das Beschwerderecht (Art. 77 DSGVO; zuständig ist die Berliner Beauftrage für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

Information according to Art. 13 DSGVO/GDPR about your data protection rights
We want all exhibition visitors to feel safe - and we want the artworks to be safe too! Our exhibition is equipped with video technology* for your safety, to fulfill our tasks and to safeguard and enforce our domiciliary rights.
Video recordings are generally deleted after 48 hours, but in individual cases they may be transmitted to the police in Berlin for the prevention or prosecution of criminal offenses.
We would like to draw your attention to your data protection rights, in particular the right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO), the right to erasure and restriction of processing of your data (Art. 17-18 DSGVO), the right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO) and the right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 DSGVO; the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is responsible).
